Frequently asked questions about virtual tours (VR 360°).

Basic package — CHF 900.–
Initial consultation and detailed quote, one high-resolution 360° panorama indoors and outdoors, post-processing and generation of the virtual tour, a demo version with a satisfaction guarantee, integration with existing map services (Google, Bing, OpenStreetMap) and digital delivery. Travel up to 20 kilometres is also included.

Additional panoramas — CHF 300.–
For each further panorama.

Giga package — CHF 1,300.–
Plus a 360° aerial shot by drone.

• Creating a floor plan, unless already available digitally
• "Cosmetic" image retouching (removing distracting objects, etc.)
• Extra shoots not caused by our photographer (obstacles in the frame, bad weather, unprepared rooms)

Should extra costs arise, you'll be informed in advance. Our hourly rate for extra costs is CHF 140.– excl. VAT.

To avoid misunderstandings, a personal conversation is very important to us:

• First, we ideally meet on-site to clarify your needs.
• We schedule a shoot date and capture the required images.
• It usually takes one working week until you receive your tour — with an opportunity for review and any final wishes.

Creating a website with your virtual tour usually takes around 5 working days — depending on the complexity of the tour.

• Your VR tour is made up of hundreds of individual images stitched into one virtual tour.
• Within the tour, your rooms — including descriptions and POIs (points of interest) — are linked together and programmed for display on a website.
• Viewable in any web browser — our VR tours are pure HTML pages and require no extra software or licences.

Your VR tour is usually hosted on our Kreativmedia servers in Switzerland. This is part of our service, but on request it can also be installed on your own servers.

Yes — every tour we create is automatically VR-compatible. As soon as you put on a VR headset, you can switch to VR mode. On request, we also develop dedicated Android apps featuring your tours.

From the captured footage, we produce a video clip of around 1–3 minutes with matching background music — ideal for your own website, YouTube, Vimeo, or as a shop-window installation.
